When you login as the admin, go to the configuration wheel in the upper right hand corner. Click on it and you’ll see “Emails” and “Users”
Emails is used to set up the emails that you want to poll — i.e. synchronize with opentaps CRM2.
Users is used to set up your users who can use the system. Even though you’re entering their Gmail account for login or email for mailing to them, their emails won’t be polled and synchronized with CRM2 unless you set them up under the Emails link.
